The minimum and maximum delivery timeline is between 3 and 5 days. In the event of any unforeseeable natural disasters, such as earthquakes, floods, or riots, there may be a delay in delivery. PAYMENT POLICY
Prepaid & COD Orders: Prepaid and COD orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel your order you can cancel from website or you can call us on our customer support number, +91-7011200317 from Monday to Saturday. (11:00 AM till 8:00 PM)
Payment Options: At our store, you can choose from a variety of payment options such as major debit and credit cards, net banking, popular e-wallets and UPI. We also provide the option of Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders, however, please note that COD is only available for orders up to ₹5000.
Using Credit Notes: If you receive a credit note, it will be sent to your registered email address. Credit notes can only be used once on our official website and must be used within 3 months from the date of issuance.
